8 ounces of totilla chips (crushed)
1/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp chipotle peppers in sauce (gound)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 avocado
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp lime juice
1-2 tbsp milk
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- combine the salsa, chipotle and lime juice together.
- dredge the fillets in this mixture, then coat in the crushed tortilla chips and lay on a baking sheet
- bake for 15-20 minutes.
- while fish bakes, blend the avocado, milk, sourcream and lime juice together until smooth and consistency of a thick dressing
- serve sauce over fish
