Just around the corner....

Like I said in my last post...spring is (almost) here. This past weekend was...in a WORD.....FABULOUS! Sitting out on the patio sipping a little pinapple concoction and I just thought to myself, "ahhhhhhhhhhhh"!

Luckily things have quieted down a bit and I've been able to plan Evan's birthday for this weekend. He's SO into experiments and chemistry that he has begged me for a "scientist" birthday party. All the boys in his class are coming, along with a couple of other friends, and he's too excited for words about the experiments that we'll be trying! We've planned a mentos gyser, elephant toothpaste, and making their own lava lamps for starters...

If you have a child that's into that kinda thing, check out Steve Spangler Science for some awesome ideas! They have the best stuff!!! If you're in Canada, then check out Scholar's Choice for some cool ideas and they actually have some of the products form Steve's site there.

ok, enough plugging....enjoy the weather!

Cheers!

You're right. Steve Spangler's stuff is very fun. I first found his blog and never new that "Steve Spangler" was actually a company. I saw him on Ellen - very fun.
