So I'm volunteering with the school council and have found myself handling the hot lunch program.....it's a bit daunting as the teachers aren't really supporting all of this. At any rate, the schedule has been made, we've sold the tickets and this Thursday is our first one!! What a huge eye-opener to see the lack of responsibility and willingness to be accountable for anything!!! Wow.....I hope these are just gliches as the new program takes effect.

Friendship
Two years ago when I joined an online community, I never dreamed that I would make "friends".....aquaintences, yes....but friends? People who care about each other and participate in each other's lives. People who reach out to each other when life deals it's most painful of blows. Our casual chit chat has become meaningful...friendships have formed and I can say that there are women from across Canada and around the world who have become my friends.

September brings.......
.......new designs for my DT!!! I was really happy with the PP this month.....
I did 3, but this one was a challenge ... literally!
I experimented and revisited tearing.....had tons of fun too!

At any rate, the schedule has been made, we've sold the tickets and this Thursday is our first one!! What a huge eye-opener to see the lack of responsibility and willingness to be accountable for anything!!! Wow.....I hope these are just gliches as the new program takes effect.
